We hold the safety of our associates to be crucial in the way we operate.  

By engaging associates and visitors in addressing safety issues through continual training and proactive programs, we have reduced our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by 77 percent from calendar year 2017 through calendar year 2020. In addition, Zurn’s Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) has decreased by more than 91 percent from calendar year 2017 through calendar year 2020. We continually improve our safety program to protect our associates and are working toward our Zero Injury Workplace goal.

Health & Wellness

Throughout 2020, we worked hard to support our associates and ensure accessibility to valuable resources. To do so, we continued associate wellness programs, including our Employee Assistance Program, preventative care initiatives, tele-medicine visits, among others.
