The Zurn Elkay Business System

At Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, the Zurn Elkay Business System (ZEBS) connects our processes, purpose and values to give us tools for continuous improvement. It’s based on the notion that with great people and a shared purpose, a winning plan and a systematic and repeatable process, we can do a little more and a little better for our customers every day.

The Zurn Elkay Business System focuses on core business processes grouped into five focus areas: People, Purpose, Plan, Process and Performance. Every associate completes ZEBS training and our ZEBS Leadership Program offers a chance to learn processes such as Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance and Six Sigma.
